The Merry Bees event and content creation ecosystem is complete with its own fleet of audiovisual equipment, which is operated by the company's own sound engineers, graphic artists, videographers, and editors, enabling them to conceptualize, plan, and manage your event from start to end. 

Job Description
  1. Coordinating shoots, wardrobe, events on-site
  2. Prepare storyboard, shot list and call list for shoots.
  3. Plan, execute and coordinator shoots with Clients and production crew members
  4. Post-editing using professional audio and video editing softwares such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Logic Pro, etc.
  5. Coordinate event venue arrangements, programmes and materials
  6. Manage onsite logistics, lighting/AV/and staging requirements, bumping out activities
  7. Managing production crew and other professionals in production houses
  8. To help as Audio Visual crew at events (laptop operator, sound operator, camera operator) and shoots.
  9. Manage project timelines
  10. Provide administrative and operational support
  11. Photography and videography tasks at events and shoots
  12. Production assistant to event, livestream and video production/technical team.
  13. Conduct equipment check and carry out proper storage
  14. Administer customer feedback and prepare post event report
  15. Other adhoc duties when required
