With over 9 years of experience in the events management and entertainment industry, Merry Bees have produced and performed to over 2,000 successful events by 2019 managing a slew of artistes and talents and producing events for our clients with our in-house design and production team. When COVID-19 hit us in 2020, Merry Bees was one of the first few events companies in Singapore who adapted quickly to virtual and since March 2020, we have produced and live streamed to over 500 events and performances by Dec 2021. By 2022, millions have been entertained by us.
What You Will Learn:

- Learn to manage a wide range of clientele (up to C-level clients)
- One-to-one mentorship with our business development manager and other team leaders in handling quotations and administrative matters.

As an intern you will get to work with a variety of our core team and will work on real projects. Our ideal candidate is someone who walks into a room of people and can’t leave without making a few friends. Someone who is obsessed with events, social media and is creative and thoughtful when interacting with people, online communities and building relationships.
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels
- Website content design and management
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
- Daily posting across company's social media platforms such as IG and FB.
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Photo and video editing using adobe creative suite and other softwares such as FCPX, PP, PS, In Design and more.
- Post event/production edits using adobe creative suite and other softwares such as FCPX, PP, PS, In Design and more.
- Other adhoc duties when required
