Since the pandemic, we have produced over 250 virtual events, by June 2020 and created numerous videos and content for our clients. What You Will Learn

1. Events - We handle a large amount of events on a weekly basis from corporate to weddings. As artiste managers, interns will get to shadow our artistes to these events including pre and post event tasks. We will also expose them to production.
2. Social Media - A chance to contribute creative ideas to our social media campaigns for our artistes and clients. Interns will be part of the creative team to brainstorm content (visuals and copyrighting) for the client.
3. Administration - Our interns will also get first hand experience in drafting invoices, agreements and proposals for the company. This is essential and interpreting and writing business clauses will be emphasized during training.
4. Creating and Producing - In our videography projects, interns will get to take on the role of film maker from producing, conceptualising the storyboard to shooting and eventually editing the video. 
5. Marketing - Interns will learn photography and videography skills, prepare proposals and copyrighting to our clients and updating our social media platforms and websites.

Job Description

1. Storyboard, conceptualise, plan and execute campaigns and shoots
2. Copyrighting and research for social media posts, stories and campaigns
3. Managing professionals and talents in the events and entertainment industry, production crew and other professionals in production houses.
4. Plan and prepare business proposals
5. Provide administrative and operational support.
6. Coordinating and producing events on-site or virtually
7. Generate ideas and/or carry out event promotion/marketing activity
8. Photography and videography tasks at events on-site or virtually.
9. Production assistant to livestream and production/technical team.
10. Post event/production edits using adobe creative suite and other softwares such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
11. Handle customer enquiries and requests
12. Build relationship with customers and manage customer needs and expectation
13. Prepare and manage event proposal and project timeline
14. Other adhoc duties when required
