Merry Bees Pte. Ltd. – Audio Production Intern

Over the last 12 years, Merry Bees has planned and performed at over 2,000 successful events and created a plethora of digital content for clients. They provide event, business, and talent services, among other things. Managing a diverse range of talents, including show hosts, singers, musicians, and entertainers, they have entertained and produced stages of all kinds. The Merry Bees event and content creation ecosystem is complete with its own fleet of audiovisual equipment, which is operated by the company's own sound engineers, graphic artists, videographers, and editors, enabling them to conceptualize, plan, and manage your event from start to end. 

1. Coordinate event venue arrangements, programmes and materials
2. Manage onsite logistics, lighting/AV/and staging requirements, bumping out activities
3. Managing production crew and other professionals in production houses
4. Audio Visual crew at events (laptop operator, sound operator, camera operator) and shoots.
5. Plan, execute and coordinator shoots with Clients and production crew members
6. Provide administrative and operational support
7. Production assistant to event, livestream and video production/technical team.
8. Conduct equipment check and carry out proper storage
9. Administer customer feedback and prepare post event report
10. Other adhoc duties when required

Note: Background in Production, Audio & Visual Technology, Film & Media Studies, Events Management, Audio Visual Engineer or other related discipline is preferred
