Mercedes-Benz Singapore was established in Singapore in 1999, having already had a presence in the market since the 1980s, and is a globally leading producer of luxury passenger cars and vans. It is a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, and it oversees the group’s cars business in Singapore as well as vans in Southeast Asia.
We are looking for a Cloud & AI Comms Intern to support on IT cloud, data and AI portfolio topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively write and plan articles in the organization’s Social Intranet, including announcements, newsletters and leadership messages related to strategic topics.
- Support internal campaigns and product communications by creating engaging and visually appealing materials such as infographics, content excerpts and presentation decks.
- Collaborate and work closely with product teams to gather inputs for article requirements, specifically on product technical details.
- Support in adhoc strategic management topics – such as presentation deck content and design formatting.
- Maintain internal communication calendars and editorial schedules – cross-departments and cross-communities.
- Research on industry trends to support content creation for articles.
Qualifications
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing either degree in Business, Marketing & Communications or any relevant degrees
- Positive, team-player, and good working attitude
- Exceptional writing skills in English
- Self-starter with willingness and openness to take on new and different tasks
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple timelines
- Strong ability to communicate with cross-functional teams
