Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Singapore Ltd. – Intern – Sales & Marketing

Description:

1. Support the development and execution of retail and B2B marketing campaigns
2. Design and develop marketing materials (advertisements, brochures, flyers, videos based on HQ templates and CI guidelines) for all Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS) /Mercedes-Benz Fleet Management (MBFM) brands using e.g. Adobe Creative Suites)
3. Attend regular alignment with brand and business partner marketing department to ensure coordination of marketing calendar/activities
4. Support the communication and liaise with agencies, suppliers and relevant media owners.
5. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to include MBFS/MBFM in business partners’ marketing effort.
6. Ensure continuity and up to date content management of all existing Financial Services web assets (MBFS and MBFM)
7. Manage and implement an “always-on” SEM strategy for online marketing;
8. Support in the planning and execution of Customer Loyalty/ Retention campaigns
9. Work with regional office to expand touchpoints of Customer Engagement Management (CEM)
10. Establish process to regularly review feedback from Customers/ Dealers
11. Develop action plans together with other relevant functions based on customer/ dealer feedback
12. Support the Sales & marketing team with other projects and ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:

Education & Work experience

• Degree in Business Management/Administration with Major in Marketing preferred
• Basic knowledge in financial services industry preferred
• International exposure and cross-cultural experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills preferred

Technical skills

• PC skills: MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, Excel
• Language skills: proficient in English and an additional Asian language will be an advantage
