Job Description
  • Report to the managers
  • Plan duties and deploy captains, servers and runners under your section
  • In charge of supervising and managing all captains, servers and runners under your section
  • Cover the role of server when necessary
  • Ensure that the restaurant including the toilets are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensure that there is music playing in the background and lightings for the restaurant is at comfort level
  • Ensure that all fire extinguishers are not expired and exit areas are neat and tidy
  • Write comments log to update, report and disseminate information at the end of every shift
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
