Menck – WSH Officer

MENCK, an Acteon company, manages all aspects of complex piling projects for customers in both the oil and gas and the civil engineering sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead HSE programs and promote Safety & Wellbeing as one of the Company's core values

- Implement and maintain the Company's Workplace HSE Management System

- Maintain records of internal HSE audits, risk management system and non-conformances prevention & correction/ compliances

- Implement and maintain comprehensive accident, emergency response and injury management programs

- Initiate HSE site inspections and incident/ accident investigations

- Perform all other duties as required including duties as per WSH Act and its subsidiary regulations, client specifications etc

- Regular monitoring and review the effectiveness of workplace HSE management system implementation.

Requirements

- Registered MOM WSH Officer

- Specialist Diploma in WSH or its equivalent

- At least 5 years of relevant working experience

- Familiar with Singapore and International HSE Standards and Regulations

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
