Mencast Offshore & Marine Ptd Ltd – Business Assistant

We provide offshore and engineering services that include inspection, maintenance and fabrication of offshore structures, as well as engineering and other onshore structures-related services to the rapidly growing Construction and Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Energy and Utilities and Water Treatment and Reclaim sectors in the region. Mencast Offshore & Engineering has more than 60 years of combined industry in-depth expertise in project management and supervision, work scope and budget development, and mechanical structural engineering and installation. 

Monitor & update project data progress on daily basis

• Liaise with project team in updating project status & billing period

• Assist & prepare documentation for completed project, filing of all suppliers invoice, delivery order, etc.

• Provide bi-weekly update to project Head of Department on sales & billing status.

• Generate monthly project report such as billing, revenue & costs to date.

• Perform cost accounting activities related to manufacturing and overhead costs

• Perform analysis on COGS variances

• Prepare monthly material consumption reports and analysis

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly process orders settlement

• Liaise & provide relevant report as requested by other department

• Assist in project costing confirmation & obtain approval from respective project managers/engineers.

• Assist in audit exercise

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
