Mencast Offshore and Marine Pte Ltd – Purchasing Assistant

We provide offshore and engineering services that include inspection, maintenance and fabrication of offshore structures, as well as engineering and other onshore structures-related services to the rapidly growing Construction and Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Energy and Utilities and Water Treatment and Reclaim sectors in the region. Main Task/ Activities/ Responsibilities

-Update purchasing records, data, and pricing into the system.

-Manage all correspondences related to the vendor, pricing shipment, and delivery shortage

-Coordinate with engineering department on supply

-Responsible for managing and follow up on overseas orders.

-Assist in quotation for tender purposes

-Prepare and process purchase order

-Source, negotiate, quality assurance, supply and purchase of goods.
