- Learn the full range of tasks and undertake any such tasks and work hand in hand with our current manager.
- Play a part in setting up at the start of the day and cleaning up, including cash recording, at the end of the day.
- Assist with cleaning the Café base on the cleanliness chart
- Take responsibility for the team and for the smooth running of the Café throughout your shift.
- Shows leadership and be a good team player by helping out your team.
- Show the correct working attitude, integrity and willingness to learn
- Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers
- Overseeing the timely provision of drinks and food to a consistently high standard
- Help to ensure that the Café is fully compliant with appropriate health and safety and food safety legislation, as per SFA rules and also to comply to the safe distancing measures.
- You are required to do a monthly stock take for the Cafe so that the company can account for and keep track of the stocks in use.
- Always stay positive, smile and greet customers
- You are required to be able to multitask and to travel to different location for work.
