MGX is a Singapore owned and operated multi-label store and we have 3 brick-and-mortar stores islandwide.
We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a timely and professional manner. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of the CEO and senior managers and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly.
- Coordinate daily calendar of CEO, maintain executive calendars and meeting agendas
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
- Experience in exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Prepare materials to be used in executive presentations
- Be involved in research work, summary and preparation of reports for CEO’s review
- Preferably have a driving license - Class 3/3A
