Skills requirements: 

• Minimum requirement GCE ‘A levels / Diploma 
• Basic knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint 
• Bilingualism will be a bonus 
• An interest in HR management/ start up environment
• Meticulous and detail oriented 
• Good attitude and willing to learn

Job scope: 

• Coordinating meetings and interviews
• Learn about and assist in daily operations of the company 
• Social media and platform postings
• Opportunity to liaise with clients
• Be involved in various planning and giving suggestions/ fresh points of view 

Work timings:

•  Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
•  Office is walking distance from Orchard MRT 
•  Minimum commitment: 10 weeks
