Skills requirements:
⁃ Minimum requirement GCE ‘A levels / Diploma
⁃ Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
⁃ Proficient in using Whatsapp & Telegram
⁃ Proficient in Canva/ poster making
⁃ Bilingualism will be a bonus
⁃ An interest in HR management
⁃ Meticulous and detail oriented
Job scope:
⁃ Assist in data management
⁃ Coordinating meetings
⁃ Allow you to interact with crew and clients
⁃ Be involved in various planning and giving suggestions/ fresh points of view
Work timings:
⁃ Flexible timing > can choose either shift 8am - 4pm/ 2pm - 11pm
⁃ 5 days work week
⁃ Can work from home
