HR & Finance Intern
As an HR intern, you will support the HR and Finance manager with recruiting, financial reporting, policy management, and compliance. You will acquire key HR and financial experience, and strongly develop your organizational skills. You will be based in Singapore and interact closely with our colleagues in Asia and Australia.
Responsibilities / what you will do
- Coordinate the recruitment process (managing job descriptions, organizing interviews, supporting the selection process)
- Manage and Update company policies, in collaboration with the corporate team based in Paris, France
- Prepare audit documentation (invoices, contracts, signoffs, client data)
- Provide Administrative Support to Finance Dept.
