Mega Exhibition Events is a leading exhibition and events management company in Singapore. With more than a decade of experience, Mega Exhibition Events has been actively providing design, decor and logistic services to Exhibition, Event, Convention and MICE events in Singapore.
We are looking for qualified interns to fill our 3D designer/spatial designer roles for at least three months. Ideally, you are a spatial designer interested in crafting exhibition experiences and spatial design. The intern will apply their skills across multiple disciplines as a valuable contributor to design ideation, conceptualization, and execution. She or he will help create client presentations and translate ideas into organized design documentation for exhibit fabrication.

In this new role, you will:
- Conduct design research and develop creative concepts
- Design exhibition stands and booths for various industries
- Work closely with graphic designers, sales & operations team in realizing event concepts and design
- To prepare layout plans, perspective drawings, elevation plans and graphic designs
- Attend site visits, client's briefing and sales presentation to get a better understanding of clients’ requirements
- Liaise with customers on technical specs
- Have the opportunity to manage set-up processes on site
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in V Ray, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good 3D design portfolio
- Background in architectural visualization is an advantage
- Willing to see a project through from conceptualization to on-site execution
- Good team player
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn, responsible and self-motivated
- Has the ability to multi-task, set typography and be relatively self-directed
- 5 1/2 days work.
