ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Research Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong market
- Competitive research
- Apply for qualified trainer (person and corporate) for SkillsFuture and other grants locally
- Trainer/Coach/Teacher identification and recruitment
- Academy marketing and operations
- Digital Transformation marketing and operations
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Smart, highly organised, meticulous, results-oriented, creative, independent
- Great inter-personal skills, knows how to motivate others to get the job done
- STRONG PREFERENCE will be given to candiates with experience in Course / Training / Workshop design
- Experience in Digital Transformation design and consultancy is a bonus
- Experience in teacher / trainer recruitment
- Experience in obtaining accredited trainer status for Skillsfuture, SSG Training Grant and other grants/certification in Singapore
