Internship - Ria 897 (Apr 2026 - Jun 2027)
1. Social Media Management & Content Creation - assist in designing and editing posts across various platforms, assist in the preparation, setup, and execution of station TikTok livestreams, to further enhance audience engagement.
2. Event Planning & Execution - assist in the planning, coordination, setup, and on-ground execution of station events, campaigns, activations, and livestreams.
3. Radio Programming Support - support daily radio operations such as managing guests, coordinating interviews, and assisting with on-air campaigns and giveaways.
4. Administrative & Operational Assistance - handle data entry, maintain prize winner databases, and coordinate communications to ensure efficient station operations.
5. Creative Ideation & Strategy - Contribute fresh ideas for on-air segments, events, and social media strategies through brainstorming and collaboration.
Qualifications
1. Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent), video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent) and a good understanding of social media platforms such as IG and FB.
2. Good command of English and Malay, both spoken and written, for effective communication with DJs, listeners, and internal teams in order to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
3. Shows initiative, has a positive attitude, good time management and can complete tasks with deadline given.
