Responsibilities 

Support day-to-day product operations such as testing new features and checking content display on Web, Mobile, and TV apps.

Assist with data collection and reports from analytics tools like GA4 and Firebase.

Conduct user and competitor research to improve user experience and engagement.

Help document product features, workflows, and test results in Confluence and JIRA.

Work with Ads and Tech teams to test ad formats and track campaign performance.

Qualifications

Requirements

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Media, Business, Communications, or Technology.

Strong interest in OTT, streaming, or digital media products.

Good with numbers, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Excel or dashboards.

Clear communicator and team player with a proactive attitude.
