Internship - Commerce (April - August 2026)
The Content Production Intern will support the Mediacorp Commerce team in creating engaging and high-quality commerce-related content across digital and broadcast platforms. This includes assisting with the end-to-end production process of livestreams, home shopping programs, and short-form social media content.
1. Production Support: Assist the Producer and Executive Producer in all stages of production — from pre-production to post-production — including conceptualization, brainstorming, and execution of commerce initiatives such as livestreams and home shopping segments.
2. Pre-Production Planning: Work with the production team to plan weekly livestreams, including content ideation, scheduling, and coordinating production meetings, auditions/castings, set design discussions, and script rehearsals.
3. On-Set Assistance: Support the crew during studio or on-location shoots to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with cast, crew, and other stakeholders during live or recorded sessions.
4. Content Creation: Contribute to the conceptualization and production of short-form commerce content for digital and social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
5. Post-Production Duties: Editing of short-form content Eg. Cutdowns from Livestream or specially produced social media content
Qualifications
1. Effectively Billingual in English and Chinese
2. Equipped with basic post - production (editing skills)
3. Able to work late on some weeknights a month with time shift option
