Media Group Pte Ltd – Marketing / Events Intern

Media Group is a leading print and digital media company with titles such as Asian Geographic, d+a (Design and Architecture), Cromly, Golf Asia, JetGala, Portfolio, SGmag, Singapore's Child, Solitaire, SquareRooms, Teenage. Led by experienced and passionate teams, our publications and websites have achieved strong market presence in their respective fields – these include areas of early education, youth, parenting, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, design, and architecture. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable intern to assist the marketing team in all events and campaigns planning and executions which include

• Copy write and content creation for publicity (print, website and social media)
• Handling administrative works for publicity and registration
• Management of  partakers such as notification and administration
• Source and reach out to industry partners for collaboration
• Liaising with all third-party partners and vendors during the events / campaigns period
• Pre-event tasks such as goodie bags packing and actual event day set-up and logistics
• Day to day giveaways administration from sourcing, execution to the collection
