We target properties in markets that possess good demand drivers, deep liquidity and resilient governance systems with the aim of realising stable long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Finance interns are involved in various functions that mirror the responsibilities of full-time finance professionals. These typically include:

• Assisting in preparing financial reports.
• Performing basic financial analysis and compiling data.
• Supporting accountants during audits and month-end close procedures.
• Participating in team meetings and providing insights on financial performance.
• Helping with budget preparation and forecast reports.
