Meal Service Attendant @ Singapore General Hospital

Work week: 6 days
Fixed Day Shift (12 hours, inclusive of 2-hour break): 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Fixed Day Shift (8.5 hours, inclusive of 1-hour break): 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM OR 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
[Off day and roster will be determined on operational needs]
* Responsibilities
· Serve main meals, beverages, snacks, and supper directly to patients
· Collect trays after patient consumption; verify tray collection only AFTER nurse confirmation
· Dispose of meal slips and food debris
· Ensure proper segregation of Halal and Non-Halal trays, crockery, and utensils
· Patient water jugs and cups: collect, wash, and refill
· Wash and dry crockery used in ward pantries
· Take next-day meal orders (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and update the eMenu system within designated cut-off times
· Address dietary restrictions and allergies during meal ordering
· Attend to real-time patient feedback; resolve minor complaints independently and escalate major issues to supervisors

• No experience with good working attitude welcome

• Minimally 'N' Level
• Singaporeans, PRs and LTVP holders only
