We are looking for a Administrative *** Accounts Assistant to handle daily administrative and basic accounting duties. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — we offer a supportive environment for learning and career growth.

工作职责 / Job Responsibilities

行政职责 / Administrative Duties

  • 处理日常办公室行政事务、档案管理及文件归档。

  • 管理信件、快递、办公用品及日常采购。

  • 协助安排会议、行程及其他文书工作。

  • 维护公司文件及人事资料的完整性与保密性。

  • 准备基本报告、表格及文件。

  • 协调外部服务供应商(如水电、维修、快递等)。

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, filing, and document organization.

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, office supplies, and daily procurement.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and clerical duties.

  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company records and employee files.

  • Prepare simple reports, forms, and administrative documents.

  • Coordinate with external service providers (utilities, repairs, courier, etc.).

会计职责 / Accounting Duties

  • 开具发票、付款凭证及收据。

  • 记录每日交易,维护账务系统或账本。

  • 管理零用现金及银行对账。

  • 协助应付/应收账款跟进,与客户及供应商沟通。

  • 协助外部会计师完成月结/年结。

  • 保管及整理所有财务文件。

  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.

  • Record daily financial transactions and update accounting systems or ledgers.

  • Handle petty cash and perform bank reconciliation.

  • Assist in accounts payable/receivable tracking and liaise with customers and suppliers.

  • Support external accountants in monthly and yearly closing.

  • Maintain and organize financial documents properly.

任职要求 / Requirements

  • 会计、商业或办公室管理相关专业文凭。

  • 欢迎应届毕业生。

  • 必须能以中英文书写及沟通。

  • 具备基础会计知识者优先。

  • 熟悉 Microsoft Office 及 Excel 者更佳。

  • 工作细心、责任心强,能在小型办公室独立工作。

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business, or Office Administration (or equivalent).

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors).

  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently in a small office setting.
