We are a tech enabled consultancy firm specialising in accounting and web development work.
We automate tasks / go paperless / work offsite.

Database Centre Tech (full-time 40hrs Week)

Suitable candidate should have the following requisites:

- high computer literacy in google drive, docs, email access levels;

- versed in blogspot, google forms maintenance, sheets maintenance;

- general knowledge in google sheet formulas and functions;

- (preferable but not required) ideas to bring onsite job functions online, python to generate csv data reports;

Job Scope (training provided here):

- keep to schedule of weekly tasks to facilitate smooth workflow for both front and back end operations;

- will be maintaining google drive folders and files, renaming files, sorting in compliance with internal audit;

- converting files that are too big into pdfs;

- user acceptance testing of web links and function buttons;

- conversant in typing Chinese text for some files or translating English text into Chinese for frontend web pages;

Reporting to Accountant who oversees the database schema and design.
