Job Description

Traineeship Description:

Our team thrives on building meaningful relationships with educators and learners. With that comes the unique opportunity to touch lives across Asia regions and experience first-hand the difference you make.

We are looking for a HED Portfolio Promotion Specialist who will work closely with sales team leaders and portfolio marketing managers in creating sales enablement materials as well as customer facing promotional collaterals and content that educates and engages the target group in higher education space. 

This candidate should be a self-starter, team player and have strong interest in curating and creating product promotional content. Competency in video editing, graphics design tools is highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist team leaders in product portfolio maintenance, creation of catalogues, promotional materials and collaterals.
  • Search and curate content that inspires, informs, educates, and converts exclusively for our target groups in B2B industries
  • Source and create marketing content for social media, website and customers in various formats such as print, video, animation
  • Involve in customer engagement programs by assisting with webinars, customer interviews and to provide support for virtual events.
  • Assist in any other duties assigned by the divisional head

Competencies to learn:

  • Go-to-market plans and how it to implement across Asia regions.
  • Creativity and writing skills to create compelling content.
  • Exposure to work with countries across Asia regions.
  • Communication and presentation skills as the trainee work with cross-functional members in the organization.
  • Competency in market leading software such as Salesforce and Qlikview

Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role:

  • Degree

Duration of Traineeship Offered:

  • 9 Months

Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
  • Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
