Job scope:

• Analyze client’s business processes and requirements

• Identify problems that customers are facing and propose effective and efficient solutions

• Liaise with development team to develop the required solutions to meet the requirements

• Conduct demos and presentations to potential clients

• Provide training/support to ensure smooth adoption of the new system/modules

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience with ERP systems and workflows

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Experience working with offshore team development teams will be advantageous
