Main Responsible Task:
- Gain experience with Human Resources Online Systems (Leave, SAP, Recruitment system, etc) and database management and record keeping.
- Understand and gain experience in the full recruitment process from Onboarding to offboarding, improve on recruitment related skills and employment records keeping related to finance and internal audits.
- Gain experience in area of training and development by learning to build the course library database, sourcing skills for training related courses, training database management and update of training matrix
- Partner with internal teams to gain exposure in organizing employee engagement activities and events and budget / cost planning related to company events and activities.
- Gain experience in compensation & benefits related HR Administration and operations.
- To have exposure in HR projects involvement and provide support for overseas scaleup projects.
