Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding each business unit’s (accounting, corporate secretarial, HR & payroll) daily processesand to support the day-to-day operations of the respective business unit when instructed.
  • Providing support in meeting coordination and minutes taking including participating in meetings and subsequent following up with the respective stakeholders.
  • Assisting Partners/Directors to conduct research, analyse data and evaluate business performances including preparation of reports, statistics and presentations.
  • Assisting Partners/Directors in the AML/KYC Onboarding Process.
  • Experiencing the attendance of prospect meetings with Partners/Directors and preparing meeting notes and fee proposals as guided by Partners/Directors.
  • Assist the Partners/Directors to coordinate clients meeting including arranging meeting timing, location and attending the meeting to take notes and do necessary follow up as instructed.
  • Drafting contracts, indemnification letters and other corporate documents based on standard templates.
  • Assisting in weekly/adhoc reports for the outsourcing team (including pipeline updates, AR Aging etc).
  • Supporting in general administrative works such as arranging meetings, coordinating training schedules, recording training attendance, planning corporate events, preparing invoices etc.
  • Any ad-hoc administrative requests as assigned by Partners/Directors, when required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in Business administration, or any related field.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Able to work effectively and independently under pressure
  • Appreciates the value of teamwork; a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, Humble and Take Feedback Constructively.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness to handle confidential information.
  • Meticulous with good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • High level of initiative and proactivity.
