Maya Food Resources – Digital & Content Marketing Associate

Maya Food Resources manages international food marketing for a wide range of sustainable seafood, snacks, nutraceuticals, and other retail food products. We work with manufacturers, distributors and retailers to promote food brands globally by managing brand creation, digital marketing campaigns, marketing analytics, and event management.

• Work with clients' R&D, sales teams to create relevant content that resonates with the target industries and adheres to compliance standards, aligning to identified target personas and primary needs.
• KPI and ROI Analysis: Set, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, campaign performance, and overall ROI of digital marketing efforts. Funnel should include, leads, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, projects and validation.
• Marketing Automation and CRM Utilization: Utilize marketing automation tools and clients’ CRM systems to streamline marketing processes and personalize customer interactions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with others as well as client’s teams including sales, R&D to ensure that the digital marketing strategy is cohesive and integrated.
• Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports and insights on digital marketing performance, recommending strategic adjustments as necessary.
