Math Prodigies Learning Centre specialises in helping primary and secondary school students go from disasters to distinctions in Math. We believe that every student, no matter how far behind they are can perform and produce remarkable results!
Why? Because our founder, Saiful Rizal himself went from failing to scoring an A1 for the "O" level Math paper in just a matter of 6 months. He developed the Holistic Math Mastery* approach that focuses on developing and empowering children to succeed in Math and in life.
This is the same approach that has been developed, tested and refined over the last 11 years by our team to help over 1500 students to produce remarkable results. The Holistic Math Mastery* Approach has been proven to give students the problem-solving skills needed to excel in Math and a little something extra. What’s that something extra you may ask? A number of students who've walked through our doors feeling defeated have walked out transformed, with a new-found belief in themselves that they can overcome any obstacle en route to success.
Our most remarkable students are Declann Tan and Liyana Zainodin, who have both scored 100% in Math for their final exams. Declann started with borderline results while Liyana started with only 18%. We are truly proud of their achievements.

We're a group of young, vibrant and passionate educators who are looking for one more passionate educator to join our ranks and form our core team.
Founded in 2011, Math Prodigies has been helping students for over 15 years and we are transforming our centre into a Major Exams Preparation Centre for the PSLE and the O-level.
Over the last 6 years, we have been conscientiously building the backbone of our PSLE program and now, 500 students later (and some pretty astounding results!), we're looking to build an equally successful Secondary 3 & 4 O-Level program.
"What Can I Expect From This Position?"
The Secondary 3 & 4 programs will play a pivotal role in creating even more successful Math Prodigies! Hence, you will be working closely with our core team of 3 people, including our Founder to produce the best quality curriculum and teaching methods to help our students score.
With the guidance of our Curriculum developer, you will be setting the stage for a Specially Tailored Secondary 3 & 4 E & A Math Curriculum for students of low and high abilities. You will be tasked with creating, teaching, and tweaking the curriculum.
You will be trained and groomed to teach in a manner that facilitates accelerated learning. Imagine teaching a class in an orientation camp style, where you and your students have fun together and the students retain the lessons learnt faster.
"What Will My Responsibilities Be?"
Curriculum Development. You’ll play a key role in developing our new Secondary 3 and 4 E & A Math program, launching in 2026. In the first few months, you’ll work closely with the founder and curriculum team to design lessons, materials, and strategies that drive real results. You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be guided every step of the way, with room to grow into greater ownership as your confidence and experience build.
Coaching Students. From now until 2026, you will be trained to take over the Sec 3 E & A Math classes, working alongside our Founder on Secondary 4 holiday programs to gain deep familiarity with our students, teaching approach, and special programs. Once the brand new Secondary 3 and 4 programs launch in 2026, you will take on the lead role as Coach for Sec 3 & 4 E & A Math classes.
Student Reports, Consultations and Parents' Debriefs. There are other things expected of you as you begin to deal with students and parents. Student reports are written quarterly, student consultations occur occasionally when students have questions and parents' debriefs happen after trial classes.
"What Are The Requirements For This Job?"
Only Singaporeans who have gone through the Singapore education system may apply.
Minimum Results: A1 / A2 / B3 for both O-Level E Math & A Math
Working Hours: Tuesday - Friday 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
MUST Be Able to work on Sunday.
Passionate & energetic teaching style.
Loves helping students and sincerely wants them to progress and succeed.
Willing to be coached in Math Prodigies' teaching style
At least 2 years of group teaching experience (in tuition centres and/or MOE schools) will be an added advantage
