Job Description

Are You The One?

MatchMove Pay, one of the fastest growing and award winning financial technology company is looking for a part-time IT Administrator to provide IT support for our Singapore Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure and set up hardware and software applications for new joinees
  • Attend to existing staff IT requests (e.g. replace new laptops)
  • Set up new users and manage backup, security and passwords
  • Responsible for basic troubleshooting of laptops
  • Investigate and diagnose network problems when required
  • Carry out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions as required
  • Asset Management
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent
  • Prior work experience performing IT administrative duties
  • Strong working knowledge on Windows and Mac applications
  • Hands on knowledge of installing IT hardware and software
  • Good organization skills
  • Possess initiative and able to work independently
