Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers on motor insurance accident claims reporting

• Liaise with respective insurance companies Motor Claims Department 

• Attend to surveyors conducting surveys on accident cars 

• Ensure all accident cars are repaired as scheduled 

• Followup with customers and insurance companies for payment

• Ensure all customer issues or complaints reported are resolved 

• Perform other duties as assigned by the After-sales Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of related working experience in vehicle accident claims

• Good technical knowledge of car components and knowledge of repair estimates preferred

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
