Mascot Enterprise – Animatronics Engineer

Responsibility

• To ensure we can take on customized project specification to create a proof of concept and to refine prototype to deliver a final & reliable product within a reasonable and stipulated timeline
• To be able to handle programmable LED & raspberry PI for sound activation / digital facial expression for aesthetics purposes.
• To work with a team of technician based in Batam where factory is based who could assist you in the tedious work that needs filing/ sanding / troubleshooting.
• To research new ways of achieve durable and realistic effects for our New Wearable / characters application ( New projects)[R&D]
• To train our production team to assist you with basic troubleshooting steps so that we can mass produce high quality products when required.
• Minimize wastage of consumables & material
• To be able to create high quality product within a specified timeline
• To assist with ad hoc task when required

Required Skill sets:

• To be able to operate fluently in software for 3D printing designs creation
  ( blender / 3D max studio / Z brush/ Maya /Cura 3D print software or any other relevant software that has the same applicati
• To be competent in dealing with all type of Servos & raspberry & programming them. Will require mechanical knowledge and assist with troubleshooting during prototyping
• To be able to create Logic programming for servo, source for required specification from ( water proof servo to raspberry/Arduino)
• To work as a team and be able to communicate clearly and guide them how to achieve the required quality of the products
• To be able to converse and communicate in english, bahasa indonesia or Chinese.
