Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Update or create training materials and design e-learning content to meet market and industry needs.
  • Oversee day-to-day training operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders, trainers, and trainees. This includes liaising with marketing team to drive awareness for training activities. 
  • Plan, direct, and supervise training operations, including logistic readiness, while maintaining control over training expenditure.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a pool of Associate Trainers, Developers, and Assessors to ensure a high-quality training experience.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with internal and external audits. 
  • Create and maintain training SOP, workflow charts, and policies to meet government regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Familiar with SkillsFuture SG (SSG) and Workforce Singapore (WSG) compliance/auditing, submission of documents' requirements and SSG Skills Frameworks
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possession of ACLP / ACTA will be an advantage
