• Assist in fulfilling and recording non-stock e-commerce orders

• Placing orders with Publishers

• Coordinating with Delivery Partners to ensure orders are fulfilled within SLA

• Monitor Suppliers and Delivery Partners performances to ensure SLA compliance

• Answer customer inquiries and facilitate order change requests

• Monitor, report and improve logistics KPIs
