The Role
We’re looking for a driven, organised Sales Intern to support outbound sales activities, prospect research, and early-stage client engagement. You’ll work directly with the founder to help bring Marble Blue into consulting firms, sustainability networks, educational institutions, and corporate leadership teams.
What You’ll Do
Research and qualify potential clients (consultancies, training providers, corporates, government bodies)
Maintain and update lead lists using simple CRM tools or spreadsheets
Draft outreach emails and follow-up messages tailored to different audience segments
Support meeting scheduling, prep, and note-taking
Track pipeline progress and flag key follow-ups
Help refine sales materials and presentations based on audience feedback
What We’re Looking For
Strong written communication and research skills
Self-starter who’s comfortable with ambiguity and working remotely
Interest in sustainability, experiential learning, leadership, or systems thinking
