Job Description

The Role

This position will be responsible for the tenancy design function for the retail portfolio in Singapore and Malaysia.

 

  • Review tenants designs submission and ensure it complies with mall’s guidelines and requirements. 
  • Conduct site check and ensure tenant’s fit-out are on schedule and resolve any site issues with relevant parties. 
  • Assist to update tenancy design guidelines when necessary so it align with mall’s requirements, branding and positioning.
  • Assist in tenancy reconfiguration and AEI works ie. study feasibility, prepare tenancy plan, trend research for retail industry and source for ID vendors. 
  • Coordinate between Tenant and Operation team throughout tenancy delivery process to resolve any site issues and ensure timely store opening.
  • Maintain and update existing floor plans for the respective retail portfolio.
  • Coordinate the establishing of Point of Sale (POS) connections for new tenants. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit.

 Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Building, Engineering or related discipline.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in tenancy / retail design. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess maturity to resolve and mitigate the different interests of all stakeholders.
  • Good team player with creativity and is meticulous.
  • Ability to multi-task as well as work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
