Job Description

As a eHealth Partnership Intern, you will:

  • Support online selling commercial partnership execution by maintaining partner onboarding trackers, status dashboards, and weekly execution checklists.
  • Assist with partnership documentation and compliance by creating a centralised file repository with standardised templates such as MOUs, NDAs, and performance reporting updates.
  • Coordinate with affiliates and prepare performance reporting, including consolidated monthly partner sales performance reports, insights, and quarterly review packs for stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and ecosystem analysis to support strategic decision-making.


Your skills & qualifications 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree/ diploma in Business, Marketing, Business Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Written and verbal communication, with digital fluency, creativity
  • Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, pivot tables, basic macros); etc.
  • Able to commit a duration of minimum 5 months.

 

Your new department

You will be part of the eHealth Business Development & Partnerships Team within the Medical & Marketing department. Based in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the team focuses on driving online selling e-health partnerships and commercial growth via external key accounts. Our mission is to create impactful solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance healthcare experiences. You'll work alongside passionate professionals dedicated to making a difference in the world of healthcare. Our Singapore office is a regional hub of innovation, offering a fast-paced setting with opportunities to collaborate across markets.
