Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
As we continue our mission to establish Mandai as a trusted biodiversity brand championing sustainability and wildlife conservation, we are seeking a creative and thoughtful brand intern to support the day-to-day execution of brand design and brand management tasks to elevate and strengthen the Mandai masterbrand.
Reporting to Senior Executive, Brand, you will play a vital role in executing our masterbrand strategy. You will be responsible for delivering impactful, large-scale brand messaging artworks across multiple touchpoints throughout the destination. These artworks, which will remain in place for extended periods, will communicate our brand’s positioning and reflect our commitment to creating a biodiverse world for both people and wildlife.
As an internal brand advocate, you will work closely with the Brand team to develop and refine supplementary brand application guidelines that address the evolving needs of different business units. These guidelines will ensure consistency in how our brand is expressed and experienced. At times, you may be required to reassess the feasibility of guidelines when application constraints arise, and propose alternatives that continue to uphold brand integrity.
You will also maintain and update our digital brand playbook, ensuring it remains accessible and is a comprehensive resource for all brand guidelines. This includes regular updating of grid applications and best practices to empower teams across the organisation to apply our brand assets correctly and confidently. You will also be tasked with conducting roadshows that would onboard internal colleagues onto the platform.
Most importantly, you will be a strategic brand gatekeeper and provide brand guardianship to ensure all brand expressions are delivered consistently, aligns with our brand standards, and are reflective of our values. You will also assist the Brand team in any other duties assigned.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about brand building and brings a sharp eye for brand design. You are proactive, take ownership of your work, and take pride in shaping a cohesive brand experience. You’re also sensitive to the nuances of brand expression, with the strategic and creative acumen to manage the subtleties of branding that might escape others.
Job requirements
- Currently a tertiary student majoring in Visual and/or Communications-related fields, with full-time availability from Jan 2026, for at least 6 months.
- A keen interest in brand design and management. Having an awareness of sustainability messaging is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) on MacOS, and a demonstrated portfolio of brand design work.
- Strong understanding of print production, colour management, artwork fabrication, and branding principles. A portfolio of good copywriting is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and dissect creative solutions effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- A reliable individual with a willingness to go the extra mile, deliver work with finesse, and enjoys the process in spite of challenges.
