Based in Singapore, MaNa is a lifestyle company that crafts products for the urban nomad. We are interested in light-weight, affordable and innovative products. This includes our inaugural Diah light.
We’re looking for interns ready to optimise operations and cliental relationships in order to grow the firm and execute the vision. This would require great organisational skills and entrepreneurial instincts at the foundation of your duties here. Your skills would be greatly enhanced as this is a smaller operation with large aspirations — essentially learning how to play a significant role in a growing firm rather than being just a tiny cog in the machine.
As an innovative start-up based in Singapore, we are aware of all the untapped potential and resource available to us in terms of growing the company. Your job will be to dig deep and wide, Singapore and beyond, for new clients and markets we could potentially enter into. While our last product Diah was crowdfunded in just a week, we look forward to what you have to bring to the table for our upcoming product launch. A fresh perspective and approach is always welcome. You will enjoy flexible work hours and a sense of reward (a possible commission) every time you lock down a client order.
Your job:
- Assist the company in acquiring new client relations and customers
- Reaching out to and following up on clients via meetings and emails
- Includes flexible work schedule
Required skill set:
- Ability to build lead generation lists
- Active follow-up duties to clients via phone, email and in person
- Hidden love for social media — learning what makes the consumers tick
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and self-initiate
- Strong sense of autonomy and proactivity
