Sales Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers
- Provide information and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, and sales-related documents
- Follow up with customers on enquiries, payments, and renewals
- Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic billing documents
- Maintain and update customer records and filing systems
- Coordinate with operations, store, and finance teams
- Schedule appointments and manage basic office administration
- Handle data entry and documentation accurately
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
