- General Contractors (Building construction including major upgrading works with design)
- Design Landscape Planting (Care & Maintenance Service)
- Responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing sales strategies to penetrate the market for products and drive the growth of the business.
- Develops product introduction plans and processes.
- To assist management in its corporate decisions.
- Liaise with Site Managers/Coordinator.
- Service existing clients and grow the business.
- Conduct business meetings and business presentations.
- Garner market intelligence and feedback to support project teams’ tender process.
- Daily monitoring of public e-procurement portals – GeBiz, SESAMi, Straits Times Notices for relevant tenders.
- Create group email for tender group.
- Electronic submission of e-procurement portal and Gebiz via CorpPass and manual tender submission.
- To take note of expiry dates of all certifications, license and permits.
- Assist to collate and submit necessary information for submission purpose.
- Submission of annual returns and survey forms from BCA.
- Ensure that project track record and references are up to date.
- Ad hoc assignments.
Working Days - 5 days/Week
Working Hours - 9am to 6pm
