- Responsibilities :
- Identify, recruit, and motivate, and serve new enquiries on Chem On
- Implement account management best practices, and manage accounts on Chem On
- Pitch to existing customers and educate them to come on board
- Manage relationships and engagement with existing customers’ decision makers
- Attend regular meeting with the team to troubleshoot problems and customer feedback
- Implement customizations on the platform based on customer feedback (web development)
- Earn trust of customers and recommend solutions that fit their business needs
- Create outreach content, facilitate cold calling, and conduct mass email campaigns
- Host webinars, training, tradeshow coordination, and lead generation
- Work with a sense of urgency to drive and deliver sales goals while maintaining a high quality of work
Requirements :- Based in Singapore
- Less than 2 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcomed
- Business, Computer Science, Systems Engineer, Engineer degree or equivalent
- Experience with MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS or other programming knowledge
- Excellent communication skills including outbound phone/email activity
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate discipline in achieving goals
- Ability to influence others and lead customer engagements
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment
- Language capability is a plus (Mandarin, Bahasa)
- Experience in eCommerce or related industries is a plus
- Experience in CRM, or utilizing data to make decisions, is a plus
