- Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customers care service journey, from handling enquiries, orders process, on-time delivery, follow-up and customers engagement
- Stock planning, demand forecast and reports
- Identify and optimize operations process flow for efficiency and productivity, accurate data entry
- Support digital business operations
- Responsive in attending to customer’s needs or requests
- Perform accordance to standard of procedure (SOP) in the organization and on time submission of sales and operations reports
Requirements :- Diploma or Degree in logistic and Supply Chain management, Operations management, inventory management and Customer service related
- 1-3 years of working experience of related fields, fresh graduates are welcomed
- Relevant experience in SAP module is a plus
- Has interest and concept of digital transformation and e-commerce operations
- Bilingual is preferred to communicate with Chinese partners
- Growth mindset and multi-taskings
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
