• The HR Analyst Intern will support HR Teams for HR data analysis and the L&D Partner in driving learning within the company.
• Working with various departments in Singapore, China and Hong Kong offices to obtain the data from various sources to support the analysis
• Perform data cleaning
• Build reports and models using PowerBI
• Present analysis findings and recommendation
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Powerpoint, Forms and Excel)
• Proficient in PowerBI and analytics tools
