Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in general administrative duties
- Provide receptionist duties including handling of walk-in customers, inbound phone calls
- Processing claims, payments, cheques, invoices and etc
- Data entry into Accounting System
- Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting or related courses
- Willing to learn
- Responsible, organized and possess good interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in MS office
- Working hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
