Luxury Careers Pte Ltd – Marketing Coordinator Internship (Prestige Beauty)

Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skincare which originate from Paris. We are looking for a Marketing Internship, who is responsible for supporting Marketing activities to build and grow strong Product Pillars/Franchises.

BRAND FUNCTION 

• Assist in the partnership management oversee by the Marketing Executive with the aim of recruiting NEW prospects and convert them into users
• Oversees the art direction and production of all product marketing materials (e.g. product guides, sample boxes, bounce-back cards, BTL direct mailers, product leaflets, etc.)
• Assist in competitor analysis of evaluatcompetitors’’s promotional and activities to help to ensure brand offers are competitive in the market.

TRADE 

• Assist in the asset creation to support trade mechanics to retailer and mall partners
• Assist in the exécution of trade workshop – conceptualizing the retail-tainment activities, liaising with VM for workshop setup and managing coordination with external vendors and retailers.
•  

CRM 

• Responsible for forecast, ordering, tracking and management of CC redemption. To ensure all redemption in the store are properly tracked. Provide monthly reporting to the CRM Manager and Marketing Team.
