Luxury Careers – Marketing and Merchandising Coordinator

Our client is a well-known Luxury Jewellery & Timepieces company. We are seeking for talents who are proficient in using Excel & Powerpoint so as to assist help to the Marketing and Merchandising Manager in stock management & marketing operations duties. If you’re keen on entering the luxury retail industry & would like to explore to doing stock management & supply chain related industry this would be the desired role for you.

• To assist the stock management, supply chain & marketing operation in the region.
• To support on various topics such as events, boutique openings and day to day activities when needed.
• Handle stock requests and stock transfers within and in/out of the division
• Assist client orders and deliveries to the boutiques. 
• Order creation and processing in system (SAP); and other miscellaneous tasks
• Update stock list and rotation plan
• Support events for marketing aspects; Monitor closely the pricing benchmark with competitors

Job Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task, product-oriented and customer focused
• Fluency in English oral and written with excellent writing skills; Mandarin is a plus.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
