- Assist the Talent Manager in various HR projects, including:
- Sourcing for candidates
- Screening resumes and candidates
- Scheduling interviews with client and candidate
- Conducting phone calls and reference checks
- Conduct detailed research on designated market segments/emerging markets on vested interest to support the specialization activities:
- Mapping organization structures of targeted companies
- Exploration of needs from targeted companies based on specialization roles
- Manage and update recruitment database, post and manage open positions
